Show Review: 719

This was my second time seeing them at Stubbs. They fit this venue perfectly. Only gripe was it was kind of hard to hear Mike sing over the music for the 1st half of the show. Once that got lined out it was great. Especially the second half. They dedicated the song "That’s Alright" to hometown boy Jimmy Vaughn. It was the coolest song of the evening…slow, dirty blues number. The "did it in the kitchen, did it in the hall, got some on my fingers and wiped it on the wall" lyric got the biggest cheer of the night! Great show as always! By the way if anyone knows who does the original version of that song, it’d be great to know!
