Each time Social Distortion comes to Kansas City they give 100% They played songs I never thought I would get to hear live, they were amazing. They really put on a great show every time. No other band I’ve seen comes out with a amazing intro each show and continues to follow through and build up excitement. Their guitar and am p tones are Godly, you just have to experience it in person. Social D keeps the emotion and energy going. The only thing that disappointed me was the other fans during the opening bands, they were a lil too relaxed, but I believe the cause of that was just because they were unfimilar with them. Once Social D came out the crowd became more alive, and by the end of the show my friends and I felt lucky to only come out of there with just a few bruises and soreness for a few days due to being crushed against the railings, but I have no regrets. I been seeing them live in KC since 2010. My only regret is I wish I would have discovered them earlier. Since 2010 they’ve have come 3 times and I’m 3 for 3. I plan to keep going. Keep on doing what you’re doing Mike Ness and Social Distortion. My idols.
