Great show again on Sunday at the Commodore. Both the Strangers and Civet opened and warmed up the crowd with their tasty brands of old-style punk and rock setting the stage for Mike and Co. to burn the house down. A more soulful set was to follow although with a hyper-amped and somehwhat agressive audience, it’s punk rock after-all, yet in any case a fine time was had by all, and the band sounded great. The new unit is starting to gel. The new album should be a firecracker. Social D is stronger than ever. How awesome is that…
